Your responsibilities in AIRMO
As a key member of our team, you will lead the management of the InCubed project, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and delivers on time and within budget. You will also take the lead in shaping and submitting proposals, identifying new opportunities, and securing funding to support our mission of advancing satellite technology for environmental monitoring.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing project plans that outline required resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals.
- Leading the execution and day-to-day operational aspects of the InCubed project.
- Writing, reviewing, and submitting proposals for new projects, ensuring they meet funder requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinating with different departments, external stakeholders, and partners to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to handle potential issues proactively.
- Preparing regular project updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitating meetings and discussions related to project progress, deliverables, and strategic alignment.
What you should bring to AIRMO
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or environmental sectors.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Requirements
The minimum requirements for applicants include:
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in writing proposals and managing grant-funded projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Enthusiasm for innovation in the fields of NewSpace or Climate Tech.
